Federal Award for Urban Regeneration

Koho has won the national “Otto Borst Prize for Urban Regeneration 2026” in the individual monument category. The award recognised that the building had been sensitively refurbished for contemporary use, highlighting its historic building materials and combining them with modern energy-efficient renovation techniques. The prize is shared between Schwarz Architekten and Koho.
